What happened to the SWTOR customer service because i submitted a ticket since 25/10 and until now i got nothing from them, i used to tell my friends about the customer service in this game and how its great because they used to answer the second or the third day if not the same day! Iam just wondering because i have none to ask really.
marcusaxavier Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 Looking at the amount of people complaining in the forums, it may be that Customer Service is swamped right now. You did not list what your issue was that you wanted assistance with. Have you checked to see if it is a known issue?

Iam just wondering because i have none to ask really. You do realize an expansion just dropped & ticket responses go into the weeks after an expansion drops, right? If it is that big a problem you need to call CS.
Jerqa Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 My guess is that they are overwhelmed at the moment due to the expansion and the level 60 token issues. This would be my guess, they are overwhelmed, I waited almost ten days on mine deleted it I gave up hehe

If it is that big a problem you need to call CS. Its not a big problem or a bug but i thought that BW at least have a team on the side to deal with such things but i guess i will wait more..
