For all the entries that are no longer around, and fixing so you can get entries for ones that shouldn't be missing. <I.e.Fixing the Revanite organization entry currently not obtainable on Drumond Kaas should not require going thru the class quests for those who have already done it - so make it a clickable object, not one gained by conversation>
