-DoweN- Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I have a problem with this token. I use the token to create the lvl 60 character, but what i have create is a lvl 1 player. I have triad to delete him but i can't do it, keeps loading for 20 minutes and it doesnt delete.

I have triad to delete him but i can't do it, keeps loading for 20 minutes and it doesnt delete. The Lvl 60 token creating a Lvl 1 character is a known issue and should be fixed soon. The loading part is new to me, but all I can say really, is contact support.

Jerqa Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 I'm seeing a lot of reports lately about this issue happening to folks. I've not had it happen to me but I can imagine it must be very frustrating. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

When I put in a ticket about a different matter they responded to me about this issue, they just told me to delete the toon and remake it, if it still appears as a level 1 to contact them again via support. But you say you cant delete it, so I would just contact support
