Dye modules not showing for troopers in character selection

Neither of my trooper characters (commando and vanguard) has their dye modules showing properly on character selection screen. Unify colors does work, but the dye module in the chestpiece is not in effect. For other classes (at least gunslinger and sage) it works correctly, just not troopers.
