Lose most abilities on automatic 60 when starting new expansion pack material

I lose almost all my abilities out of nowhere on my automatic level 60 whenever I try to play the new expansion pack material. It really defeats the purpose of having got one.

Honestly - just wait for a week or so. It's notoriously bugged. At least your new character isn't level 1 (yes, created with 60 token)
