What do you think, is it a good idea to stack alacrity for lethality? Take all augments, maybe some implants too. I want try to reach 10% alacrity. Lethality has a lot of dots and hots, so alacrity must be pretty useful.

It won't do anything to your burst phases. Some alacrity will make it easier to squeeze 5 corrosive assaults, shiv and stim boost in your 10s burst window, but 10% will only affect the pause between bursts.

With 0% Alacrity toxic blast is off cooldown after 5s, and meanwhile you have to spend 4,5s (3 GCDs) to refresh the dots and use shiv, this leaves you with a 0.5s buffer for stiff fingers and other unforseen things. With 10% alacrity, TB is available after 3.5s but the 3 GCDs are only reduced to 4s, so half of the possible gain depends on you functioning absolutely perfect.

10% alacrity will increase your dps by reducing your pauses between bursts, but only in a perfect rotation. This really only works in PVE. In PVP this advantage is quickly lost when you have to chase them or use a heal or DCD

If you want to play Lethality as a hot'n'dot class with fluff damage that is only good for numbers on the leaderboard, though, then by all means, go for it.

I thought, that lethality is pressure spec of OPs, while concealment is burst spec. And i wanted to have 10% alacrity baseline, cause with stim boost up, it will be 20% for 15 sec. I think, 20% is preay godd if i want to kill someone fast. So i can do more pressure with dots and have a little burst window, when needed.

Just look at the puny damage of the dots, what's the point of making them tickle a bit faster?

If you want to kill someone fast, you melt them with a series of fully empowered corrosive assaults.

I'm not saying that a bit of alacrity won't help, but going for 10% is a high investment, even if you completely ignore the toxic blast / corrosive assault mechanics, investing a lot of this in crit seems a better choice.
