There is actually quite a bit here to love, some brilliant changes IMO.

First and foremost, the wardrobe system....outstanding. I haven't seen ANYTHING that has to do with this feature that I could criticize.

My only concern here is that it seems we can no longer preview weapons....something is broken there.

The list of unlocked armor on the tooltip for armor sets...wonderful. My only complaint here is that when you unlock one piece it does not stay that way if you delete it....you must retain each and every piece in order to unlock the set.

The changes to collections....collapsed menus, ability to sort by collected, search function...superb.

The crafting changes will likely grow on me. Like that all crafted is adaptive, do not like that it is not all moddable....but with the wardrobe system that is not as much of a concern any longer.

A bit concerned that all mods sold by vendors are green now. Bit of a bummer there.

Changes to crew missions...fantastic. One of the best changes of all.....showing all the missions, no more rezone silliness. Time reduction is nice.

Nodes that return based on your level....very good change IMO. Much easier to gather lower level mats now. Also great that nodes have been increased.

Level sync...well, not sure how I feel about this one, this one will likely grow on me as well. DIdnt like weekly heroics at first, but considering I can do them all on all planets solo AND get appropriate rewards, I might grow to like this.

Aggro range could use some adjustment though when level synced...too high IMO.

Changes to companions....wonderful. No more worrying about gear, affection, whether or not they are strong enough to fight with me, their crafting bonuses....all great changes IMO.

Travel cooldown changes, mount while running, unlock all speeder points....all awesome.

Mission icon changes and the ability to hide "exploration" missions....like it. Good change IMO.

Just the things that I like. There is certainly room for adjustment and improvement.

Indeed, I'm having fun with it as well. The one thing I haven't had a chance to try and enjoy yet are the revamped operations. I'm kinda anxious to revisit KP and EV again to bring me back to the vanilla days of SWTOR.

This was the only thing I disagreed with, but there's plenty of other threads to talk about this, so I won't here.

Besides that though I'm about on the same page with the rest of the stuff you posted.

I previewed a weapon earlier. It was a rifle on my SI.

Yea, it is a hit or miss thing for me. On some characters I can preview weapons just fine. On others, I have to bring up my character sheet, click on the weapon there, and once I draw the weapon that way in the viewer I can then draw and put away my weapon like normal.

Agreed with all points except the companion changes. I kinda liked gearing them all up and having companions that were specialized but I might be in the minority with this so it will grow on me. Surely not something worth getting too upset over. I also really like the new instance doors ... they just look alot better imo.

I think the preview issue is because you can't have a weapon in that costume tab so when the preview tries to collect the data to preview, it isn't there. It seems easily fixable by allowing weapons to be used in conjunction with the costume designer.

What exactly is this referencing? Where can I see this tooltip?

On the whole I agree with OP too. Weapon preview bug is very irritating. I played the KotFE story through 3 times and then thought there's no way I can plough through it again, but I went back to PvP for a few months and now am looking forward to taking my sin through it. I think taking a break from doing alliance stuff helps to make it less of a grind fest and keeps things interesting.

I'm in two minds about the comps; on the one hand I like being able to take whatever comp I like rather than worrying about roles, but on the other hand I miss being able to give my comps my old T1 PvP gear for WPvP. I also wish they would add more ways to gain influence other than gifts.

I think Bioware really have missed a trick in not advertising this game a bit more with the new film release and they have screwed up a bit with the events this month, but, on the whole I'm happy with the game and will probably continue to play until they turn off the lights.

When you hover over collectible armor. The tooltip that pops up will list all of the pieces you have unlocked so far. The only caveat that remains in place is that you must be in possession of the pieces you have unlocked, either in your inventory or your cargo....if you unlock a piece and then delete it before unlocking the entire set you will lose that specific unlock.
