CAMELOTCRUSADE Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 With influence being overhauled it's very noticeable that some companions basically hate everything don't have many items they like (and none that they love). I think every companion should have at LEAST one item they love whether or not they are in a romance. Then they would truly be interchangeable, otherwise they are always going to be in the low influence pile. thank you
Altyrell Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) Not sure about the newer Companions but: Majority of them do have Favorite Gifts, and the ones that don't have 2 or 3 that they Love. http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/swtor-classic-companions-gifts-empire1.jpg http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/swtor-classic-companions-gifts-republic1.jpg All Companions have at least 1 Favorite &/or 1 Love Gift. Use the above charts (for the original set of Companions) to get the Items your Companions loves or are their favorites. Edited October 29, 2015 by Altyrell
Khevar Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 All Companions have at least 1 Favorite &/or 1 Love Gift. Use the above charts (for the original set of Companions) to get the Items your Companions loves or are their favorites. Except for Ashara Zavros with a female SI. She only has "Like" gifts. It takes 4 times as many gifts to level her influence than companions with a "Love" gift.

Khevar Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Completely overlooked her lol Yeah, when I got her to 10,000 affection in the vanilla game, I wanted to get an achievement for "Warmed the heart of an ice-cold *****"
CAMELOTCRUSADE Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 Thanks for the charts, I've been using them. If you look closely you'll see many situations lack maximum gifts. Details (and I may have missed some) include: HK-51 has one ++ gift and zero +++ gifts. He doesn't like much but the new droid gift helps if you can get it. If you don't romance her, Ashara hates everything. She has zero gifts above + and is the worst Empire case.Qyzen has one ++ and zero +++ gifts. He doesn't like much (no trophy?) and is the worst Republic case.If you don't romance her, Elara only has one ++ gift and zero +++ gifts. At least she likes a lot of little stuff. If you don't romance him, Doc has two ++ gifts but zero +++ gifts. At least he likes a lot of little stuff. If you don't romance her, Risha has zero +++ gifts. At least she has two ++ gifts and likes lots of little stuff. If you don't romance her, Light Jaesa caps at ++ gifts, but Dark Jaesa has a +++ gift. Most companions that you can romance have a maximum gift regardless of the romance. I think the spirit of KOTFE is that this shouldn't matter and so that's why I want each companion to have at least one +++ option. That way it's just as easy to get them all raised up.
CAMELOTCRUSADE Posted November 20, 2015 Author Posted November 20, 2015 I would just like to thank the Devs for addressing this issue in 4.02. You can read more about it here or here http://dulfy.net/2015/10/21/swtor-fallen-empire-companion-influences-guide/
