solo mode flashpoints and conquest.

Hi. Are solo mode flashpoints supposed to count toward conquest points?

I do not receive conquest points for completing solo mode flashpoints.

I heard that you are and ive heard you aren't in game so I don't know what to expect?

I don't want to waste my time if I get no points for them.

The description in the conquest object says "complete through group finder" and "has to be eligible for daily reward" iirc for the flashpoint to count towards the conquest points. So, solo mode flashpoints will not give you any conquest points.

That's only through group finder. There's also specific flashpoint completion by themselves. For instance, this week includes completion of The Battle of Ilum and The False Emperor. Both of those have solo modes and the conquest description says you can complete them on "any difficulty" (last time I checked solo was still in the category as "any"), however, running them solo seems not to net the points.

So then it sounds like they forgot to update the conquest objectives to trigger from the updated versions of things? The code is still watching out for completion of "story mode" and "hard mode" missions? It has not been coded to watch for "solo mode", "tactical mode", and "hard mode" missions?

 

(That's okay, we'll just craft our way to our personal targets this week. Oh, wait...)

Any comment yet, Bioware? There is still no explicit language in the conquest objectives that indicate solo mode is not eligible. (And it really should be eligible, imho, so please tighten up this bug. Thank you!)
