in_the_stars Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 I have re subscribed purely to see the new content and see how the game is after a year out and the game wont let me create the level 60 on the character select screen, the option is greyed out. I was about to purchase the level 60 from cartel market assuming if i explained the problem to customer service they would give me the cartel coins back out of good will. I made a ticket but no response. The last two nights I've come back from work expecting to the problem to be solved so i can get some value from my sub but iv had nothing back. Not great cust service from your part so far, please help resolve it.

Dev told me to make a level 1 delete it then try to remake again see if the level 60 then popped, you could try that. Aside from that only customer service can help and they take a couple days sometimes
