The achievement says it represents 4 x Mastery Datacrons, 1 x Endurance Datacron and 1 x Presence Datacron. It is currently providing the following bonuses in total: +10 Mastery +10 Endurance 0 Presence It is not clear exactly how much Mastery you intend the fleet Datacrons to provide, but there is certainly an issue as the achievement clearly states the fleet datacron includes a presence datacron and none is being provided. I verified this by checking figures on several characters both before and after collecting the datacron.
