Noyjitat Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 I've maxed out legacy and cargo bays across all my characters and with these new "remant" armors (yes I know they are previous vendor armors) and all the various new sets I simply can't find a reliable way to store and access them as I put sets together. Possible solutions: 1 make armor stackable in legacy/cargo/guild bays only 2 add personal Closet storage bays to our ships/strongholds that are separate from cargobays. These are for armor and clothing only. 3 add all armors to the collections window, not just cartel armor - also please arrange all armor in the collections window alphabeticlaly. Any one of those three would help.

I either throw the gear in my storage lockers, which are filling up VERY quickly doing these boxes, or I will have to start picking and choosing, and tossing sets aside.
ForjKlahaa Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 We need more legacy storage period. If you level every crafting skill and take the recommended gathering skills, the bays fill up with just mats really quickly unless you are purposely crafting ALL THE TIME. I don't want to sell mats that I may need but now I have to think twice before clicking on a node, especially if it's low level and it gives me hundreds of the stuff (exageration obviously). Storing armour or dyes in legacy bays is a no go. I have to create toons that exist solely for their extra storage. I need to create a remnant armour toon just for this purpose.
Noyjitat Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) Well right now other than purples most materials are pretty worthless on my server. Even the ones where a stack of 10 was selling for 30k - 40k have dropped down to like 5k. God only knows why they decided to remove and convert so many of the resources. That + jawa scrap has really messed up supply value. As of now I have 3 legacy bays of the stuff I use the most of and 1 for companion gifts, jawa scrap, prefabs and misc in the last one. But I feel if I sold them all today for the current price, I could probably buy them back for an even lower price in the near future And btw I did the same thing for remanant but i'll need two characters atleast since there seems to be atleast 6 armor category sets (yavin, arkanian, dreadmaster, etc) and I'll need some storage for other things on those characters as well so i'll have to split it. Beckstead Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) Or you can just add all legacy gear to the legacy tab. If you did that you could click the gear you want and it gives you the item. This would eliminate any need to store legacy gear. Just like your speeders. Get it learn it spawn it into your inventory. Then if you want to look a bit different un-mod it delete it spawn in another already learned set mod it and off you go! Edited October 29, 2015 by Beckstead
WizardZed Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 I've suggested supporting combining the separate pieces into a single item once you have the full set: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=849007 Seems like there might be a way to leverage the Customization slot to support these as well. It seems like providing this kind of support could provide multiple uses/utility for the functionality. Some of the new companions that really should have no problem with armor sets on their models, could accept these in their customization slot as well.
