I subscribed and I can't access the new expansion

Yesterday was the lunch of the new expansion so i subscribed but when i logged in after the servers came up i couldn't access the new expansion or create a new level 60 character or reach level 61 i tried costumer service but nothing happened please help. Edited October 28, 2015 by GNickname
