Do the class skills update themselves now or I caught a bug?

So I reached 61 level, used trainer inside Chapter 3 to learn Mad Dash, and there were a bunch of other skills there, nothing new, just new ranks for old skills, and they required level 61+ so I couldnt get them at that time.

Unfortunately I forgot to take portable trainer with me when I started KOTFE, and there were no more trainers inside chapters. When I finally found some, I was 65 already and the trainer's window was... empty. Completely. I checked my portable trainer (you know, the Hutt one), and trainers at Fleet. All empty.

I definitely didn't learn anything manually except for Mad Dash, hence the question - did the skills updated all by themselves, or something somewhere gone wrong?

i noticed this problem too, their is a "class trainer" droid in the Droid Factory on Zakuul i ran past it in Chapter 3 the little + icon comes up but the skills dissapear after you reach 65. Edited October 26, 2015 by strongyp

I had the portable class trainer with me and only had to actively learn an ability at 60 and one at 65.

Opened it after each level up and there was nothing to learn (apart from the aforementioned 60 and 65)

Wondered about that too, seems like visiting trainers will be no longer as needed as it was before... of corse this devalues the portable trainers quite a bit, so I am a little torn on how good I find that change.
