Instant 60's do count toward finishing all classes once you play through to 65?

I noticed when I just logged out on my Gunslinger that the smuggler story shows finished now and it didn't when I first made him with my free 60 slot. It also all his companions unlocked in legacy for the presence buff. Has anybody else seen this or is it a bug? Edited October 26, 2015 by bossman
