You do know that Gunslingers/Snipers have 20 second stun/push/etc immunity that no longer ends when you exit cover right? Guardians/Jugs are OPed..but that's not why. It's a self heal, and one you can burst through (unlike PT's which come with baked in DR too) since it heals per damage and you can outdamage it. All the other cooldowns can't be used while stunned.
