Different color health bars in groups/operations to differentiate each class/spec?

Something like this would be pretty helpful i would think. Instead if it all being red, how about changing the colors of our health bars. Maybe the same color as our icon we get above our nameplates?

I'd be content with an icon with the nameplate, in all honestly. Changing the colors might get confusing to me in the midst of it all, especially with the multiple colors that already exist for the class pool.
