C.E. Vendor needs more love? Quick fix - Add Promotional items to it.

Top of the morning to one and all.

In light of the recent info from Dulfy's page about cartel coin cards:

http://dulfy.net/2015/03/13/swtor-upcoming-promotional-pets-from-cartel-coin-cards/

Bioware you once pledged to "REGULARLY" update the Collectors Edition vendor with new items but as we all know, regularly equates to just 3 updates across the life span of this game.

So with that in mind, you are always offering little tidbits of promotional items like the new rancor pets for cartel coin cards or the items obtained from referring people as just two examples.

Why not add all these items to the C.E. vendor?

Sure I know it isn't much but something is better then nothing and while you want to reward those who buy these promotions, would it not also make sense (yes I know, dirty word in some circles) to show some late love to those who forked out the extra cash for the Collector's Edition of SWTOR and add all these little things to the C.E. vendor also?

Or is the C.E. vendor now obsolete in your eyes and it will never be given love again after it's last item update (the stronghold statue thing)?? :(

Unfortunately this boat sailed long ago. I hear your ideas, but I doubt anything will come of it.

Yeah I know but I figure if it comes down to Bioware just being lazy, well I might be able to give them a Get Of Jail card here by simply adding things that they created for promotions into a vendor in game that people want to see updated. That way they actually don't need to do all that much and everyone wins. :D

Most Collector's Edition owners would be content with what the CE vendor already has. Which includes two unique and stylish uniforms that you can't get anywhere else in the game, such as the Imperial soldier armor.

But you'll have to get into the entitlement line behind the 'wah wah, legacy level 50' threads, which has also sailed.

Interesting opinion you have there if utterly wrong. Let's see how content C.E. owners are shall we??

Oops, looks like your comment didn't stand up to the cold reality that is truth!! :p

But regardless of whether this boat sailed long ago or not, it was just a suggestion for Bioware that could kill two birds with one stone. Nothing more, nothing less. It was nothing about entitlement though nice try clearsighted (How ironic given your name). It was simply a suggestion for Bioware which I am under no illusions will not happen. But hey, you never know if you never try.

Clearly you haven't read the original CE Vendor thread. There are a lot of CE owners who are very disappointed in EAware not following through with their word. Most of the items aren't even close to flashy, and the only items actually worth it is that armor set you mentioned and that Black/Yellow dye...

he paid..he actually is entitled to it. what you were reaching for and failing was false sense of entitlement. as in "never paid but wants it anyway". walking into a mcdonalds, eating your food and then expecting more food for free is a false sense of entitlement. walking into a buffet eating your first plate and expecting to get more is being entitled..you paid for that privilege.
