Shayddow
There is one particular Imperial side mission where you are required to blow up a convoy that is escorting a Sith prisoner. You are also required to kill this prisoner. When you first see the sequence, you view the Sith being led in restraints, and, when the convoy explodes, he is freed and starts fighting his Jedi escort, utilizing a Red lightsaber. The question is -- where did he get the lightsaber? Not from his captors, as the Jedi is utilizing a blue lightsaber. Also, his hands were in restraints when you first see him. Yes, you may say well, he had the force, he got out of his restraints. BUT... in other storylines <on tattooine, imperial side>, you use "force restraints"- some sort of handcuffs that prevent Force-users from using their abilities. And, if the Imperials have access to that technology, you can usually assume that the Republic forces have similar technology that they use to restrain their force-sensitive prisoners. So, again -- where did the Sith get the lightsaber? :-)
Ghisallo
Well since he was captured they were probably also carrying the saber somewhere in the convoy, force tk and he has his saber. As for the force cuffs those are NOT a common technology in the least. The exist I suppose but are rare as heck (this is the only game I have ever seen them in, in most Canon you dope up the force user.). The cuffs are probably there to slow him down, the Jedi and guards there to say "you are slowed down enough by those cuffs that we'll kill ya before you can do anything else."
