Request of a new feature, guildship summon for all guildranks

Id like to suggest the introduction of a new feature in swtor that allows players, regardless of restrictions accociated with their ranks within the guild, to buy and use guildship summons through a ticket system where the player deposits money in advance into the guildbank. By doing so the player gets a number of pre-payed guildship summons up to the amount that has been deposited into the guildbank ( for this explicit use and purpose ).
