RunawayWolfe Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Is Star Wars down because i keep trying to log in to play and it keeps showing an error message saying "this application has encountered and unspecified error. Please try this patch again." anyone else getting this error message
wolfyde Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 I had this happen last week. Deleting the Bitraider folder in my Swtor folder and then running the launcher again fixed it for me. Hope this helps!

My issue is not the same as the OP and my launcher says its Updating and Complete and that the Installing is at 100%. The 'Play' button simply is not highlighted to play the game. If I push the exit is says 'You are currently patching. Are you sure you want to exit the SWTOR launcher'. And then it just sits there doing NOWT!

Unless it doesn't, and then when you start the launcher again BitRaider doesn't work. And I didn't even see your comment when I posted mine, so I really don't know why you're so upset that I tried to help someone else.
