Pleasantly surprised with BWs response time today

After the new year, BW seemed rather like a distant uncle than a trusted group of communicating professionals. Today I must say that I am more than satisfied with their presence and willingness to act. Yeah I get that it does suck for EU players to have their peak raid times interrupted, but losing mail in game is a disaster that BW has responded to promptly. Honest to goodness objective promptness, so that's nice.

 

So while it's frustrating having servers taken down, and having this bug arise at all in the first place, BW has chosen to deal with it quickly and professionally, which I believe is a move in the right direction. Huzzah!

 

TLDR: Good job BioWare. :)
