Force quake has lighting storm tool tip. Thier has been a huge nerf to tk throw and why did you go taking my crit bonus on everything in the balance tree seems like all i should be doing in balance is spreading dots and tossing a vanquish then just off healing everyone putting out 1.2mil damage and 800k heals easy.
