Bioware, you need to have a chat with your sound department...

Ok, so this has been going on since launch.

And people have been complaining about it since launch.

Sure, they haven't been storming on the forums but it's more of a begrudgingly accepted "yeah, I knew the sound would suck for that gun because it looked cool" or "Yeah, I figured the helmet wouldn't have a voice modulation at all, so I guess I should be happy that it got the lousy one it has instead of a fitting one".

You need to tell you sound department to get their "stuff" together, and learn how to put cool sounds on cool looking equipment and how to make helmets sound as expected.

Here are some examples of what I'm talking about:

Blaster Pistols (these are the worst "victims" of all the blaster types)

Looks like this.

Looks like it should sound like this.

Actually sounds like this.

Helmet voice modulation:

It's a mess. How hard can it be to assign appropriate voice modulations and blaster sounds based on the looks of the weapons?

Anyway, sorry for the rant, but these last two shipments actually got me hopeful that you had fixed this, but now we're back to cool looking blasters and helmets with completely mis-matched sounds.
