Crimsonorion Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 *SPOILERS* So I'm holding off till level 60 to do Shadow of Revan, but a friend of mine has done it and said you can pick to solo the missions or have them as ops? The expansion is 100% soloable, the last fight is currently a bit bugged (you need other players to finish it). By next week it should be fixed. You can also repeat the last fight as solo or an operation. A BIT bugged??? My understanding was that the "trick" with having someone else along was to have someone who could taunt come along. It took me 11 tries, using my tank comp to taunt with both taunt abilities on CD the whole time, just to make sure i never missed the "right moment" to taunt. Those 11 tries included a mission reset where it wasn't clear at all that resetting would cause me to lose ALL my progress through all the dailies and waiting forever and switching instances countless times to get at the target mobs (unclear because you get a bunch of mission completions from the 6 dailies and the entire cutscene and convo would lead you to believe you are on a totally new, separate mission). I'm curious about what you mean with bringing a friend; you make it sound so easy, this is probably one of the worst bugs i have ever encountered in this game. To add insult to injury, it takes what feels like forever just to get to the point where you determine whether it's bugged or not. Even worse than that, I even had at least one instance where the things you run over actually appeared, and that whole sequence to work the bugged on the second phase in which they were supposed to appear. Terrible, horrible, awful, miserable bug that I cannot understand how they didn't catch this considering it appears that absolutely everyone or nearly all who are playing early access have hit the bug at least once, but typically many, many times. :mad: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
