Some of it already was delivered, like the 12x bonus. I believe the Statue of Revan also already is in-game and claimable. I'm not sure if there is anything left that was listed that has not already been given. I don't expect we'll get anything that wasn't announced. BioWare already told us what the pre-order perks were, and we have them now. Why would we get anything else - they certainly didn't give us anything else with RotHC.
