nitratas
Collections already hold so many items and sets and it's even more increasing steadily. Seriously, some sort of search function would help. Heck, even a function to show only unlocked ones or something. Now i have to run through like 30 pages to find that one set
clearsighted
It's like they paid someone to make it harder to navigate.
Sindariel
Even an auto collapse feature for all those categories would help.
blindxsecrets
Yes, please! Everything mentioned above would be a serious QOL improvement for that interface. It's so frustrating trying to figure out what outfit is on which page and having to scroll through the huge list on the side.
DeLaaNie
Not only that, I detest it when I collapse all of the fields only to find them all reopened whenever I should load into a new zone.

Indeed. It isn't a huge issue for me, but it'd be a nice QoL change.
Cernow
The whole thing is a huge mess. It wasn't very good when originally launched, but with each pack that gets added to the game it gets more and more unwieldy. Here's just a few of the issues: * There is no search facility. * There's no way to filter the items. * You can't order the armor, weapons, mounts etc alphabetically, or indeed in any way at all. They seem to be ordered by the date they were added to the game and that's that. * Categories don't stay collpased if you zone or relog. * You can't check your collections while you have the GTN open. * The categories themselves are a confusing mess. The whole thing is a bit of a UI disgrace really and needs a rework. Edited December 1, 2014 by Cernow
Rankyn
The list is only gonna keep getting longer over time and that window really needs to open up with the categories collapsed.

agamemnon-
I had thought Bioware got over the "crappy UI" phase of a game developer's life cycle a decade ago. Boy was I mistaken.

Lt-Snake
i agree with the Op and everyone else regarding the collection window UI....also .im 95% certain that 3.0 wont come with any QOL changes. they have 5-10 people working on SWTOR and the rest of the development team is working on Shadow Realm BW new IP....also all the profits SWTOR makes gets funnel into Shadow Realm..and not back into SWTOR.. Cernow
Interface editor --> middle of the screens of the editor interface "Enable Moveable Secondary Window" Yep I know, I have this enabled. It doesn't help on my monitor (1600x1200) unless I shrink my UI to about 0.8, but then I have readability issues. If I have the GTN open and bring up the inventory window, then try to click on the Collections button it just hides the inventory window back behind the GTN one and fails to open collections. It will only work if shrink the UI and get the panes separated, with no overlap. This is recurring problem with the UI in general which crops up in lots of different places. Unless the UI panes are physically separate (no overlap at all) then certain buttons won't function. Essentially a UI bug / design flaw.
