3.0 HP changes and Damage output reduction

As stated on Twitch and Dev announcement, the current damage will be achieved at level 60 eg. 180 level gear to 198 with HP increase.

The current 162 level pvp gear dmg will be also reached at lvl 60?


That is the assumption and my concern since health pools will be going up and healing may or may not be similarly "nerfed". It's not quite straight forward since aoe is also going into orbit for many specs. But I have a feeling that ranked games with tank/healer and skill (no huddling) will last a long time.
