Currently 55 HM FP's give ultimate comms for the daily reward. Will 60 HM FP's continue to reward ultimate comms or will it return to elite comms? I thought this was bumped up to ultimate to gear people up for the expansion. So i could see them removing the ultimate reward. Will there still be the rotating bolstered SM OPs? Will there still be a large comm reward for completing an OP in GF? If there are only 2 lvl 60 ops, it would be harder to find groups later in the week. Yes. 186 is the recommended gear level for the new story mode operations. It is expected, but not confirmed, that a version of 186 gear (likely non-optimized and with no set bonus) will be available for purchase with Basic commendations.
