teclado
Obviously I can't speak for everybody, but I'm going to have one of everything (that I have any desire to play) leveled by the time 3.0 hits. All of my character slots are full, and I really have no desire to make duplicate characters in the future. So, I'm probably not going to be entering queue in the lowest pvp bracket (whether it stays the same or changes) much, if ever again. I'm wondering if this is going to be a trend, thereby making lowbie warzone pops really few and far between. TLDR: Do you think that the x12 XP will have negative repercussions on the lower warzone bracket queue times when 3.0 hits? Will lowbies become ghost towns? How will the newbies learn the ways of the peeveepee? Think of the newbies! P.S. I'm sure it won't be all bad, but I can't imagine that this will have no effect. Lowbie queues weren't overpopulated by hardcore PvPers as we typically had the classes we wanted leveled already. It's also why you always outperform everyone else in lowbies, because it's such a huge mix of people. Those who enjoy it will still be there and there will be plenty of non-subs or non-preorderers who will be in it come 3.0.
sithBracer
Nothing is going to change. Nobody learns anything in lowbies anyway-other than how to be fodder for ranged classes, midbies maybe. Anyone who wants to learn, will learn, regardless of what level they are. Those that don't will continue making excuses and blaming something else. I personally started pvping at 55. I've been focused, went through premade nightmares, 6 smash monkeys at once, solo queued with the worst pugs while meeting some great people the entire time. Good times. teclado
Fair enough. My first warzone was at level 50 back in the days of recruit gear. At least I wore mine...

My first warzone was at level 20 against level 50s in Battlemaster gear. People don't know how good they have it these days
Jayshames
It won't have any effect really. People will still be joining the game/making alts every day. If anything, the expansion might draw in more players making it more active.
ThorgrimLutgen
I will be perpetually in midbies on all my toons, since I have no intention of buying an expansion with zero PVP content in it.

Do enjoy the new content then. The more you settle for crap, the more crap they will feed you. Imagine a NIM raider.......well, we get to unlock another 5 levels worth of skills....whoopee. Imagine PvE that was dynamic, where you didn't need new raids because the AI was smart enough to act on it's own. Thankfully, PvP IS dynamic, so I don't need new warzones/arenas to have a challenge every match. I just need better players
