xAZUREx
Recruit was so useful back in its day players could get straight into pvp with the right expertise and no BS bolster players could get straight into pve also at the moment for new players (not talking about myself) they either choose gear rewards but then can't get makeb mods for when they hit 55 or get makeb mods and have bad gear while leveling I think we should have some kind of weak 50 and 55 gear as well 60 gear when 3.0 launches

Its class specific and almost an entire set
Calsetes
Your first character is usually the toughest. After that, though, you should have an easier time gearing up when you hit level cap because of a few things: -You know when you need to upgrade gear and can find optimal ways to do so, both while leveling and when hitting endgame -You have another character that can help you craft gear you need while leveling / hit the level cap -You know how to gather commendations for gear fairly easily -More money so, absolute worst-case scenario, you head to the GTN and buy it there. I really think there doesn't need to be a "basic gear" guy anywhere in the game for endgame stuff, at least as far as PvE stuff is concerned. I don't PvP so I don't know if Expertise is a good thing to have, or just core stats and such.

Its class specific and almost an entire set the missions are more difficult than the level of gear rewarded and you have to do DP and DF to get the relics, when you're undergeared, not just the weekly but the full op, when I first started oricon even my good gear main joined groups which would struggle against the final boss or cal-something-or-other killing the evil seed it took me ages before I eventually got DF done and I had already tons of 180 gear before then
