Darth__Reaver
Ok so far I have lvled 4 alts to 55 and on my 5th. I have ran thu belsavis 5 times now and every time I see this one guy. Now I seen him every single time I ran thu the tunnels in the same spot on all my alts. What's weird is this guy never talks and today I killed him cuz I finally played a pub toon. What could this dude be doing he just stands around never moves never speaks. Any idea???

KTap
Either RP or credit farmer... I'll go with the latter.

Orizuru
There is probably a lockbox that spawns in that spot. And I love that you killed him. I would make it a point to park a character nearby and login periodically just to kill him if he's back in that spot again. The credit farmers love it when you do that to their bots. In this genre of online gaming there is no greater joy than corpse camping a cash farming bot.

I had a more amusing version in WoW to deal with dragonscale skinner and crafting node bots; there's an item called "Heavy Leather Ball" which is, well, a ball you throw to another player. It then pops up in their inventory and takes a slot. They were rather easy to mass-produce and filling a bot's inventory with them would cause them to stop, standing perfectly still within an area filled with hungry dragons. There is toy vendor in Dalaran that sells an item that functions the same way for a very small fee now. This allows you to fill their inventory with toy dirigibles for ~3-5 gold. This way you aren't wasting crafting materials. The toy dirigibles also stack before they are used, so you can have 15 in on inventory slot, but once they are used and are in someone else's inventory they can no longer stack. It was a genius idea from the item development team. My raid team may have had a small hazing ritual with new raiders that may have involved using these to fill the inventory of the new raidier right before looting a downed boss too.
