lordvinnie
I bought the expansion and relogged the entire game and i did a single class mission and got a single level from it. I do not see an active buff though. And i got a email saying i purchased the game. Does it just take a few hours or something?
Dras_Keto
The fact that you gain most of if not an entire bar by doing one quest might be a clue.
Gokkus
Relog is all that is required and the fact that your quest reward says 190.000 exp may be an indicator as well
OddballEasyEight
There is no "indicator". They've just 12x'd the XP rewards for class missions. It's not like double xp weekends where there's a buff on your xp bar.

You can go to your quest log and check out the xp for completing a class story mission. It will be 12x higher than any other quest in your log. The fact that you did a single class mission and got a single level from it show it is working.

The end result is that that you can move through the entire story, level your toon without taking every single mission that is in that area. I still take a lot of them because I like it! IMHO that is the beauty of it. You CAN if you want to ... OR not. It's you're choice. (just my opinion)
