This is usually followed by overheating. The rail shot is free, but it will not vent heat. Followed by several other abilities with no "Gains 8 energy" 13:13:22.414 Enlix gains Prototype Particle Accelerator.13:13:22.415 Enlix activates Rail Shot.13:13:22.415 Enlix loses Prototype Particle Accelerator.The VERY NEXT proc, also has no heat vent.
