The biggest issue I have is that after working hard to RE up to each level of purple rated med pack which is not consumed on use, they turn around to require you to have a certain skill lvl in Bio to use it. Why??? I have submitted several bug reports on it and asked CS if this was intended, however like every other ticket I have placed, no real person responds. I get the standard canned answer that the info is being directed to the appropriate team, etc and I would not receive any updates. Very frustrating!
