Legacy Character Perks should be reworked a bit

I wasn't sure if this had already been discussed, so i decided to open up a new thread.

 

I was mulling over the idea that the Character Perks section under the Legacy Tab should be reworked. It is kind of unnecessary to have to be the increased flashpoint, war-zone, class mission, etc. experience boost every time you have make a new character these perks ought to be a one time purchase and considered global unlocks for the entire account. Same thing would stand for the Companion sections that increase Companion affection through gifts and conversations. Of course the amount that you can raise the tiers should still be determined by Legacy level as it is now but in doing this the leveling of new characters and gaining affection with these characters would be less of a hassle. In understanding that a new expansion to the game is coming out later this year I believe that opening these options up would help to have more characters leveled up and ready to partake in the new end game experiences that would accompany the new additions that would be added to the game. Of course i believe that this change should be limited to subs only, as for the F2P and Preferred members they would still be able to purchase these upgrades but just for the characters they are on. It would be considered an extra benefit to subscribing to only have to pay for these upgrades once and not multiple times for subscribers who are already paying their monthly fees.

They just need to make it work like the inventory and cargo bay slots. You can buy one consumable inventory slot unlock item which simply unlocks the next row if available, or you can get an account wide unlock version. I would support if this could be applied to each of the xp boost sections (i.e. account wide exploration unlock would unlock the next exploration box per character account wide. If a character already has the exploration I box, then exploration II would be unlocked for that particular character)
