Claim it through your cartel market interface (Unclaimed Items) then right-click to use it and unlock Sith Pureblood. When they first introduced Cathar, people would buy the item then delete the character they bought it with expecting to use the character slot to make a new Cathar. There were so many "I paid for Cathar so where's my Cathar" threads that it looked like a serious flaw in the system until we figured out what was actually happening.All of those people had to have their deleted characters restored (takes a few days) just so they could use the Cathar unlock they had bought. Rankyn Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 It might seem clunky, but it's set up that way so people can buy and sell the unlock in the auction house.And the additional step of claiming from the Cartel Market instead of just dropping it in your inventory is to give you a moment to overcome buyer's remorse and also protect you if you buy the wrong thing since you can still get a refund as long as you don't claim it into your inventory.
