Ardarell_Solo
Sry, forgot to update the AMR, it was actually Dread Forged SA, I changed that for 2.8., just forgot to update AMR, which I just did. Thx for pointing that out :-) @Xenphon: Thanks :-) I think it's the holy Trinity of Critheon, Cauteros & Proccus? ^^ TBH I just parse a lot (endlessly if you ask my grilfriend :-) with all my DPS chars, to get the hang of rotations and the feel of the class into my fingertips. With the current Watchman changes I specifically do it to get a feel for the new priorities, especially Sub 30%. If you do that many parses, you're bound to get really lucky at some point... Ardarell_Solo
Yes great parse, but can we have your real AMR? because you have too much "miss" for this accuracy.... After reading this, I just checked through like 30 of my 2.8. parses and misses are between 5,9%, which is very low, and 8,96% highest. On average it's something like 7,3ish. Which actually is less than before 2.8., where my average miss percentage was about 8% consistently. Reason would be more Cauterizes (burn ticks can't miss) via increased proccs. Meaning: AMR is correct concerning accuracy, misses should be ok. On a side note: Mostly when you have parses with high miss percentage it's offhand attacks, which is not that detrimental. 10 Offhand misses are basically made up for by a critting mainhand hit of a big attack, right? Miss percentage is always higher with the same accuracy for dual wielding classes...
Zalindae
I am wondering, why did we ever go through the transition of dps to time to kill? What is the advantage of one over the other? This was decided on the previous post that was run by Falver. With the new items that can modify the Operations Dummy to a specific hit point amount, it is easier for people to get more consistency with a set amount (in this case 1 million hitpoints). Torparse sometimes does not show the last hit given which can vary the calculated dps. It is basically for standardizing the conditions for the parse. No more having to clip it to 5 minutes or /stuck. Anybody feel free to correct any of that if I got it mixed up. And you didn't list the parse by msuniverse as a 2.7 parse (it was, it was uploaded on 9 june, 1 day before the patch) I put all the parses as *2.7 that I did not have a date for since they were from the previous thread. The couple that were on this thread before the 2.8 patch all have the date posted on them as well. Since the patch came out on 6/10 it should be easy to separate 2.8 from the previous parses. I will likely be removing all the 2.7 parses in a few weeks anyway. Just a reminder all parses must have the required information : AMR, spec, Torparse. Please take the time to put all the information in. I'll keep updating the list of people I need more information from. Still Need The Following Information: Holmskywalkr - AMR Link 6/11 Arrias - AMR Link 6/11 Nadine - AMR Link 6/11 Bidouille - AMR Link 6/11 Senorqueso - AMR Link 6/11 Idnewton - AMR Link 6/11 Morggan - AMR and Spec 6/11 Helloguys - AMR Link 6/12 Dil - AMR Link 6/
Ardarell_Solo
Torparse sometimes does not show the last hit given which can vary the calculated dps. I think that's why Falver always listed the calculated DPS from TTK, i.e. 1000000/TTK = DPS instead of using the number Torparse gives you, which can be off by up to 50 DPS or so. Not important really, only comparing "real" DPS values would make more sense with that, I think. I do realize though, that this would mean extra work for posters and especially for you, if posters fail to calculate DPS from TTK themselves. I'd understand if you don't want to do it and either way, thanks again for taking this over in the first place!

Also I feel like this spec is unsustainable past about 4.5 minutes without putting a point into Concentration/Subversion since the Force management is just awful still. One question. While you say clip TkT/FL at all costs, is it worth it to let the full channel eat all the potential Force PotencyRecklessness ticks rather than clipping right off the bat? I'd assume yes, but you are far more familiar with the spec than I am. Edited June 13, 2014 by Mr_Fuzzle
