Rather than kicking you, what probably happened was the other people in your group finished the Flashpoint conversation and they all quit group, as usually happens very quickly when they're done. If everyone else quits the group, you are not in a group with anyone. If you still have the quest in your Mission Log, you try grouping up with someone and zoning into the flashpoint manually? This might let you enter the phase and finish the final conversation or whatever you have to do to make the mission finish properly. Then you'll get the mission rewards.
