Should they return from mission while you are in gsf, there is a chance that the return item will not be available to be claimed. If you have three or more return, this will lock up the ability to resend the crew members out on missions. Generally, you have to log off and back on to unlock them. 2. Sometimes, rarely, when placing items on GTN, it will not accept the item. No, not exceeding the cap of items, just simply placing items on gtn.
