gunsR Posted May 16, 2014 Share Posted May 16, 2014 Did SWTOR change or do some thing to The gear? The black market force-lords mk-1 lower robe now has alacrity when it use to have surge. How come the change? Duffy says i should not have 0 alacrity now i have some alacrity and will have to do a lot to remove it. or is the change a good thing and i should leave it? it has me confused . please help. oh i am running the madness build.
