I didn't have any problems setting custom timers, but I'd like to see some volume control While Parsec is open click on the volume icon on your taskbar (lower right corner of screen). Select the "mixer" option and you will see all the applications you have open (you may need to scroll right to see them all). One of the apps that will be open is PARSEC and you can individually raise or lower the volume of it (or any application currently open in the systems memory). Hope this helps.
