I was just wondering if being specced into healing is a requirement for successful healing in flashpoints during leveling? Or can you get away with healing using another spec? Thanks! midianlord Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 I'm always ready to throw out an off-heal or two if someone is really in trouble and the healer can't keep up --this has prevented a few wipes for me at times-- but in general, no: As DPS spec, you're supposed to be nuking stuff, (something Mercs do really well ) so stick to that. Zhar-Rivas Posted March 18, 2014 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Yesterday I had to heal Athiss on my Merc with all points in Arsenal and to be honest it was damn easy. But must admit that group was pretty good. And still it's a low lvl flashpoint. I doubt I would be able to heal Mandalorian Riders ...for example.
