Say if I got the rancor on an alt but I wanted it for my main, can I mail it over and consume it? Thanks! Last thing we need is more people who don't give a damn about pvp queuing just because they want a reward and not because they like pvp. We have enough of those terrible people in regs getting relics which imo should be changed to only work on players, thus making them worthless in raids.
