Kourage Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Is it worth downgrading 2 Orconian armorings to Arkanian, or even Underworld for the 4 piece bonus (8% Rail shot damage)? 5 min dummy parse seems to be the same or maybe less with it. There were 70 uses of TM. So that would become approx: 48 TM * 2936 = 140,928 22 TM crit * 5097 = 112,134 Total TM Damage would become: 253,062 down from 276,284 on the parse. (23,222 drop) Rail shot did a total of 128,476 damage. The 8% loss from the 4-piece bonus would be a (10,277 drop) The total damage drop would be 33,499 / 1,000,458 = 3.3% dps drop. Someone else would have to provide the math on to prove it to your satisfaction, but 48 Aim will not make up for a 3.3% dps loss. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Rail Shot is used quite a bit more in Pyro than in Arsenal. For your Arsenal merc, I would imagine only having a 2-piece bonus would probably not be a big deal.
