It's been in the game for about a year and multiple posts explaining it. They haven't bothered commenting. After a year of being in the game, and people NOT getting banned or warned for using it, and Bioware showing no signs of attempting to fix their bolster formulas, you can assume it's working as intended. TheDanski Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 So we know that Obroan is BiS for our Relics and PvE bolsters is a slight increase in mod-able pieces, but what about unmodifiable gear? Are you running Obroan there too or Blue 53/Crafted 54's? I have been slowly trying to decipher what the BiS should be and I generally go for Obroan Ear/Implants/Relics and PvE bolster everything else I don't need set bonus from.
