Thanks! You can do this on your faction's Fleet. To do so will cost you Cartel Coins. Do the following: Go to your Fleet. (You can use your "Emergency Fleet Pass" if you are level 10 or higher. If you haven't reached level 10 yet, don't worry, your class story will send you to the Fleet.)Once on the Fleet, open your map (press "m").Look at the Fleet map. At the top and bottom of the map, you will see a little symbol indicating an elevator. Hover over the symbol and see which one indicates that it leads to the "Cartel Market" (depending on your faction, it will be one or the other).Head to the elevator you identified and use it.Inside the "Cartel Market" you will find the "Appearance Kiosk". Interact with it.It will allow you to change your race, body size, face, etc. Have fun.

The one on Kaas is in the eastern part of Kaas City. The one on Coruscant is under the Senate Plaza. They look like a big blue head that constantly is changing features.
