Broga's Adrenals are still not in the game. http://www.torhead.com/mission/bXEL73G/brogas-adrenals They are the bonus mission objective from the Quesh quest "Cartel Crushing" http://www.torhead.com/mission/fKQDNfG/cartel-crushing In case you're not interested to fix the bug at all, maybe it's time to delete the Hutt dialog instead.
