The cc for a sub are given out once a month so you don't get them right after subbing or adding a card but on a given date. Not sure if the date is the same for everyone or based off the date of subscription but there it is.

It's subscription date, I think.

Your CC grant comes within a few days of your renewal date.

It's almost never on the exact date your subscription renews (or would renew if you were on a monthly plan) but usually within 5 days.

 

So if your renewal date is the 10th, you'll see the coins sometime around there.

I got mine as late as 7 days after I subbed. It will be credited eventually. You can send an in-game ticket to enquiry if you want a peace of mind. They will respond to your ticket.
