NexusVI Posted December 22, 2013 Share Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) After several flash points and lots of time on the operations dummy I've found that the tracer lock buff will not activate and rail shot stays greyed out. Says "target not vulnerable" when I try to use it after tracer missile.
